I know that choosing a new physician can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. That’s why I want you to rest assured that you’ve chosen well. Below you’ll find answers to some of my clients’ frequently asked questions. I’ve been able to cover quite a few topics, but if there’s something I haven’t touched on, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Are patients without insurance accepted?

Yes. Patients without an insurance are welcome. Please, contact us to inquire about our affordable rates for treatment and tests.

Which insurances are being accepted?

Medicare: regular Medicare, Clover Advantage, Humana Advantage, Amerigroup Advantage

Commercial: Amerihealth, Horizon BCBS

Medicaid: only as a supplementary when Medicare is primary

We do not accept United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna. Patients with these plans can be seen as self-pay. 

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes, the same or the next business day appointments are generally available.

If I am a new patient, what should I bring during my first visit?

1.Insurance cards (primary & secondary).
2.Identification.
3.Current medications: prescribed & non-prescribed (w/ the bottles preferably).
4.Previous medical records/test results (if available).
5.P.O.A. (Power of Attorney) letter or Living Will.

Do you accept personal checks?

Generally, we do not accept checks from patients.  Please bring cash or credit card.
